Metal Processing Plant: New Image Brought a 1.2 Million PLN Contract
The company looked like a small workshop, despite a modern machinery park. After a photo session and a new website, the client won a tender with a large agricultural machinery manufacturer.
Precyzja Metal Lublin has a hall with an area of 850 m2 and a machinery park worth 6.4 million PLN. Despite this, their old website suggested it was a small garage workshop, which discouraged large contractors.
The challenge
The main problem was the lack of trust from foreign companies. The client was losing about 65% of inquiries from large entities right after representatives of those companies visited their website. The site was non-functional, photos were dark and taken with a phone, and descriptions did not contain key technical parameters of the machines. As a result, the company was fighting for small, low-paid orders instead of starting in large tenders. The average time to acquire a new client was as much as 7 months.
Our approach
The Synergia Lublin team conducted a two-day photo session on the production hall, documenting the work of 14 CNC machines and the quality control process. We focused on details: the cleanliness of workstations, the precision of measurements with a micrometer, and the professional attire of the staff. We analyzed the technical requirements of the largest agricultural machinery manufacturers in the region to find out what information they look for in offers. We then prepared technical texts without fluff, focusing solely on facts, dimensional tolerances, and steel certificates.
The solution
We designed and implemented a website with a clear machinery catalog. Each machine received its own card with technical parameters, such as maximum machining field or spindle speed. We also created a digital PDF catalog in Polish and German versions, which salespeople could send directly to purchasing departments. We added a 'Quality Control' section, where we showed specific measuring devices and procedures for checking finished details before shipment to the client.
Results
Thanks to the new image, the company stopped being perceived as a second-tier subcontractor. Professional materials allowed for starting in a tender that was previously out of reach.

"I was ashamed to send a link to the old site. Now clients from Germany call themselves after reviewing the catalog. The 1.2 million PLN contract paid off this investment in less than a month."
