The foundry from Kraśnik wanted to enter Western markets, but their old materials discouraged contractors. In four months, we changed the way clients from Germany and France see them. Facts on the table: the company began getting inquiries for large batches of castings that they could only dream of before.

The challenge

The plant in Kraśnik produced great castings, but their website and catalogs remembered the nineties. Foreign clients did not take them seriously. In 2023, the company sent 42 offers to potential EU partners but did not get a single response.

The problem lay in the lack of clear data. Foreign engineers needed specific ISO standards and chemical compositions of alloys, but they received blurry scans of old documents. As a result, the company was losing contracts worth an average of 145,000 PLN per month.

Our approach

We started with a visit to the production hall in March 2024. We know manufacturing, so we knew what needed to be shown. We took 87 professional photos of machines and finished details.

Our team spent 16 hours with the foundry's main technologist. We extracted the hard technical data that was missing from the offers. Without fluff, we prepared texts that an engineer in Munich or Paris understands. We based everything on facts, not on empty promises.

The solution

We delivered 12 precise technical product cards in three languages. Each card contains clear tables with technical parameters and certificates. We also built a new offer page that focuses on the capabilities of the machinery park.

We threw out all unnecessary decorations. We focused on what's important: delivery times, execution precision, and available metal alloys. Solutions proven on the shop floor were shown in the form of short videos, which immediately made the company credible in the eyes of Western auditors.

Results

After implementing the new materials in June 2024, the foundry recorded a sharp jump in interest. The new image made Metal-Odlew Kraśnik stop being an anonymous plant from the east and become a reliable partner for the automotive industry in the EU.
